This notice covers the Quenzy mobile software for Android on Google Play. We assess this document at least once every twelve months and revise it when our practices or legal requirements change in a material way.

Changsha Xindi Trading Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) explains below how we handle personal information when you use Quenzy—an English-language companion experience built around slow-paced chat and optional voice sessions with multiple fictional personas.
Quenzy lets you exchange written messages and, where you choose, spoken conversation with AI characters. Text replies are produced through the third-party Moonshot chat completion service. They are not meant as professional, medical, legal, or financial guidance.
What we process depends on your choices. In broad terms, this can include:
Written exchanges use the Moonshot chat/completions API over HTTPS. Each request includes the current character’s system instructions and a recent message history. Responses are automated and may be imperfect.
Voice features use device speech-to-text and text-to-speech for the voice interaction flow described above.
Where European-style privacy law applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as: performing the service you request; consent when we ask for sensitive device access; legitimate interests in securing and improving Quenzy (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal duties.
We have not designated a publicly named Data Protection Officer as an individual. Privacy oversight for Quenzy is exercised by our Privacy & Data Protection Office at the same postal address. For routing, you may put DPO — Quenzy in the subject line when writing to admin@xindiutrade.com.
Quenzy is meant for people 18 or older. It is not aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Using Quenzy means you agree to this notice and the Terms of Use, including in-app acceptance as presented.
No online registration is required; profile elements stay on the device unless you send us feedback or the product transmits data as described here.
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), or similar U.S. state comprehensive privacy laws apply, you may have the rights described in this section.
You have the right to know whether your personal information has been sold. Under the CCPA/CPRA, “sell” and “sale” include disclosing personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration, subject to statutory exceptions. To exercise this right to know about sales, email admin@xindiutrade.com with the subject line Quenzy — Right to Know (Sale). We will respond in line with applicable law after verifying your request where required.
You have the right to know whether your personal information has been shared. Under the CCPA/CPRA, “share” and “sharing” have specific meanings and include making personal information available to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for money. To exercise this right to know about sharing (including for cross-context behavioral advertising), email admin@xindiutrade.com with the subject line Quenzy — Right to Know (Share).
If you are a resident of Virginia, the VCDPA may grant you rights including the right to know whether we process your personal data, the right to access and obtain a copy of personal data you have provided, the right to delete personal data you have provided, the right to correct inaccuracies, the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the right to opt out of the sale of personal data, the right to opt out of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and the right to appeal our response to a request. Submit requests to admin@xindiutrade.com using the subject lines in this section or Quenzy — Virginia Privacy Request. The same email address reaches our data controller identified at the top of this notice.
To opt out of the sale of personal information, email admin@xindiutrade.com with Quenzy — Opt-Out of Sale or Quenzy — Do Not Sell My Personal Information. To opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, use Quenzy — Opt-Out of Sharing / Targeted Ads or Quenzy — Opt-Out of Sharing / Targeted Advertising. On Android, you can also use Google and device settings to reset or limit the advertising ID and ad personalization.
You may use the subject line Quenzy — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information for a single request that covers both sale and sharing opt-outs where both apply.
You may have rights to access or delete personal information, to correct inaccurate information, to limit certain uses of sensitive information, to non-discrimination (we will not discriminate against you for exercising rights), and to appeal certain refusals, in each case where those rights apply under state law. We verify requests through a verifiable consumer request process when the law requires it.
Our practices: We use service providers (including Moonshot for chat completions) to operate Quenzy. We do not sell personal information for cash in the ordinary sense of selling customer mailing lists; disclosures to vendors are described in this notice and in our subprocessors section.
Automated chat replies are not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. If you believe profiling subject to opt-out applies, email admin@xindiutrade.com with subject Quenzy — Profiling Opt-Out.
You may ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain, subject to law. Email admin@xindiutrade.com with Quenzy — Correction Request.
You might volunteer sensitive information in free-form chat. We do not operate dedicated fields for government IDs or diagnoses. Built-in character guidance steers users toward qualified professionals for emergencies or regulated advice.
Camera and photo library access are limited to the Feedback screen. Microphone and speech recognition support voice sessions. Preset avatars do not use the camera or gallery. On-screen prompts should match the shipped build.
We apply reasonable safeguards. No electronic system is perfectly secure.
Quenzy is not directed at children under 18.
You may have additional rights under local statutes (for example GDPR, LGPD, APPI, PIPA, POPIA). You may complain to a regulator when the law allows.
